The Webex Desk Hub is a desktop device that transforms office spaces into shared hot-desking environments. I worked as a visual designer on the first-time sign in experience, building out Cisco's design system to accommodate this new product.

Sign In First Time Experience
When arriving at a desk, employees can use the Webex app on their phone to reserve any desk. These were some variations on ways an employee could access and reserve the Desk Hub device.
Sign in using the Webex Teams app on your phone.
Sign in with Bluetooth NFC.
Sign in by docking your phone into Desk Hub.
I tried getting creative with my use of the design system, creating a fun and charming loading screen in the case that authorization takes 10+ seconds.
